First you observe that what types of questions interviewer can ask you. 

And

What he wants. 

When , first time you call for someone for job, any kind of  job. 

So,  first you  greet that person, like :

Hello sir / mam 

Good morning, evening. 

Is their any vacancies. 

Hmm,  

In that way,  interviewer know that you are looking for job and you are sense able. 

And then ask which types the qualification he want and you also prepare this at advance as your interview schedule before. 

Tell me about yourself. 

Just yourself, not to introduce more deeply. 

Your qualifications, about your course. 

Tell him you are hungry to learn new skills. 

In that's way, interview know about yourself easily. 

And prepare your GK  in advance, related to trends information.
